At 18, I moved out of my childhood nest and since then, I've moved 13 times. I've traveled across the United States, Brazil, Europe, and Egypt (from Cairo to Aswan), and eventually found a home in our hundred-spired Prague.

Studying at foreign universities and working stints in the USA transformed my mindset and approach to life. Unlike the typically negative and ironic communication style of northern Moravia, I realized that to live my life happily and positively, I needed to fundamentally change my internal settings, shed dysfunctional inherited patterns, and reset my beliefs about life and myself.

I had no idea this inner work would consume nearly 8 years and culminate in utter burnout, loss of family relationships, and the miscarriage of my first baby. I lived for so long under the belief that "life is a battle" that I ended up defeating myself.

In 2011 and 2012, my husband and I welcomed two children and I underwent another profound transformation through motherhood. Slowly but surely, I discovered that the patterns associated with ambition, career, money, friendship, and family were in stark contrast to my current belief system as a new mom, a woman in love, and an eternal student of the human soul.

Thus, I found myself drawn to cleansing. Cleansing energy, patterns, and habits—all required a drastic intervention. Professionally, I became an interior designer and stylist, which beautifully resonated with me and my transformation. I needed to replace the old and dysfunctional with the new, positive, and beneficial!

However, in 2015, my husband fell seriously ill, I lost my job, and at home, I had two young children (3 and 2 years old) waiting for me. I had to focus more than ever on our family's health, both physical and mental. I created the concept: "Soul Cleansing"—a ritual we practice with my children every night. It's sacred time where my entire body, mind, and soul belong to my children and their mental hygiene. After a few years, several friends noticed our parenting style and wanted to know exactly what we were doing. As part of COVID support for parents, I opened a Facebook group in 2020 called Soul Cleansing, where I continue to help parents navigate the challenges of 21st-century parenting.

Currently, aside from charitable activities, I actively coach, write books (my first book, "One," co-authored with 22 world authors, coaches, and therapists, became an Amazon Best-seller in the Mental Health category), and give lectures. I consciously enjoy each day with my family in gratitude and love.

My motto is: Success without a loving background is just half a success.

I love: The East Coast of the USA, Scotland-Ireland, Hawaiian Islands, good and healthy food, balanced, sincere, and good people, skiing, tennis.

I despise: Gossip, negativity, envy, and "stinginess" :)
